With the use of this website, we process and store personal data. This is done as follows:

General use of the website

During the general use of our website, data is immediately transferred to the server. This data includes:

  • If the website is accessed via a link, the website from which our website was accessed.
  • Subpages on our website you called.
  • Transferred data volume.
  • Message whether the retrieval was successful.
  • Information about the browser type and version used.

This is technically necessary to enable the operation of the website and to adapt the website to the correct display on the device used and is covered by art. 6 para. 1 b) GDPR. The data is stored for a period of 10 days to enable us to correct errors or, if necessary, to trace cyber attacks. This is permitted under art. 6 para. 1 f) GDPR.

Use of our contact form

If you use our contact form to get in touch with us, all personal information you enter in this form will be sent to us by e-mail and kept by us for the duration of our business relationship and for the legal retention period of 10 years for business correspondence. By using our contact form you agree that your data may be stored, therefore storage is permitted by art. 6 para. 1 a) GDPR as well as for the duration of the retention period by Art. 6 para. 1 c) GDPR. If you do not give us permission to store your personal data, we cannot contact you.

Use of the press distribution list

If you subscribe to our press distribution list via the contact form, we will save all personal data you enter in the form. We will store your personal data as long as you do not object to this, so that we can send you all press releases in the future. By using our press distribution list you agree that your data may be stored, therefore storage is permitted by art. 6 para. 1 a) GDPR as well as for the duration of the retention period by art. 6 para. 1 c) GDPR. If you do not give us permission to store your personal data, we cannot include you in the press distribution list.

Transmission to state authorities

If it is necessary to fulfill a legal or statutory obligation or to exercise, defend or assert our own legal claims, we transmit personal data to state authorities, including law enforcement agencies. This is permitted by art. 6 para. 1 c) and Art. 6 para. 1 f) GDPR.

Rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right of information about what data we store about you. You also have the right to correct or complete incorrect data. You also have the right to transfer the data.

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to object to the storage of data, to restrict it or to request that we delete this data. In the context of the use of our web page we ask you, if this is your wish, not to use our contact forms, since the use of them is not possible without the storage and transmission of personal data.

If you wish to make use of any of these rights, please contact our data protection officer.

If you revoke your consent at a later date, it will no longer be possible for us to contact you and offer our services until you allow us to store your data again.

In accordance with art. 77 para. 1 GDPR, you have the right to complain to the data supervisory authorities of your choice if they are of the opinion that data protection has been violated.
